APNA CONNECT
Effective Date: 01 July 2027
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the APNA CONNECT
mobile application, website, and related services (“Platform”, “App”,
“Service”) operated by Ozii Services Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these
Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility
You must:
Be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian;
Use the Platform lawfully and responsibly;
Provide accurate information when creating an account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

2. Nature of the Platform
APNA CONNECT is a communication platform that allows users to:
Share messages;
Post content;
Upload images, videos, audio, and other materials;
Participate in public or private communications.
The Platform acts only as a facilitator of communication and does not
endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.

3. User Responsibility for Content
Users are solely responsible for all content they:
Post;
Upload;
Share;
Transmit; or
Communicate through the Platform.
This includes text, images, videos, audio, links, files, and any other material.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
The owners, administrators, moderators, employees, and affiliates of
APNA CONNECT are not responsible for user-generated content;
Liability for posted content rests entirely with the individual who
posted or shared it;
We do not routinely monitor all communications or content shared on
the Platform.
Users must ensure that any content they post complies with all
applicable Australian laws and regulations.

4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Platform to engage in unlawful, harmful, abusive,
or inappropriate conduct.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
Illegal Solicitation
Users must not:
Conduct scams or fraudulent activities;
Solicit illegal goods or services;
Promote criminal conduct;
Engage in unauthorised advertising or spam;
Conduct phishing or deceptive practices.

Harmful or Offensive Content
Users must not upload, share, distribute, or promote content that:
Is defamatory, threatening, abusive, or harassing;
Incites violence, hatred, or discrimination;
Encourages self-harm, suicide, terrorism, or criminal behaviour;
Contains child exploitation material or illegal pornography;
Violates another person’s privacy or legal rights;
Is intentionally misleading or deceptive;
May reasonably cause harm to an individual, group, or society.

Illegal Images and Videos
Users must not upload or distribute any images, videos, or recordings that:
Are unlawful under Australian law;
Contain non-consensual intimate images;
Exploit minors;
Promote violence or criminal conduct;
Breach copyright or intellectual property rights;
Are likely to cause serious harm, distress, or public disorder.
We reserve the right to immediately remove such content and report it
to relevant authorities.

5. Reporting and Enforcement
We may:
Remove content;
Suspend or terminate accounts;
Restrict access to the Platform;
Cooperate with law enforcement agencies;
Preserve and disclose information where legally required.
Users may report content that breaches these Terms through the
reporting functions within the Platform or by contacting us at
admin@apnaconnect.com.au.

6. Privacy and Data Collection
We may collect and process personal information in accordance with our
Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and
disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Users must not:
Collect personal data of other users without consent;
Publish private or confidential information;
Use the Platform for unlawful surveillance or harassment.

7. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of the content they create and upload.
By posting content on the Platform, users grant Ozii Services Pty Ltd a
non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store,
reproduce, and display the content solely for operating and improving
the Platform.
Users warrant that they own or have permission to use all content they upload.

8. Disclaimer of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
Ozii Services Pty Ltd is not liable for user-generated content;
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of any
communication made through the Platform;
Users access and use the Platform at their own risk.
We are not responsible for:
Any loss or damage arising from user interactions;
Offensive or illegal content posted by users;
Unauthorised access to accounts;
Service interruptions or technical failures.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded
under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ozii Services Pty Ltd, its owners,
administrators, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any
claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from:
User content;
Breach of these Terms;
Illegal or negligent conduct by the user.

10. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to:
Suspend;
Restrict;
Remove; or
Permanently terminate accounts
without notice where we reasonably believe a user has breached these
Terms or applicable laws.

11. Cooperation with Authorities
We may cooperate with Australian law enforcement, regulatory bodies,
and courts where required by law, including in relation to:
Criminal investigations;
Online safety matters;
Fraud;
Threats to public safety;
Illegal content.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of
the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia
and the applicable laws of the State or Territory in which the
Platform operates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
